I had a blast working on these WEBTOON skateboards. After pitching the concept, I designed the full products as gifts for the creators. Their enthusiastic feedback—and even cameos in their comics—encouraged us to bring more titles on board, so I developed additional graphics for each new release. Before long, fans were asking where they could buy them.
We then showcased the skateboards at major Comic-Cons across the U.S.—San Diego Comic-Con, New York Comic Con, Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, and more.
The best part? Seeing the hilarious, energetic reactions from creators and fans alike. When we put them on sale at the WEBTOON booths, they became the fastest items to sell out.
As the Head Designer at WEBTOON, I wasn’t heavily involved in the merch itself. However, when the interns asked for help with apparel, I stepped in to support. While helping them, I created a few example shirts—funny enough, they ended up getting produced and sold.

MY ROLE INCLUDED HELPING THE TEAM WITH DESIGN SOLUTIONS, CONVERTING DESIGNS FOR MOBILE, DESIGNING A STYLE GUIDE, CREATING ICONS FOR AWARDS, RESEARCHING PROJECTS IN THE TOOL DATABASE, CROPPING IMAGES, AND MORE.

BY INTRODUCING SATURATED COLORS AND A HIGH-ENERGY MOOD, WE’RE TARGETING THE RISING ELECTRONIC DANCE MUSIC CROWD—A GLOBAL PHENOMENON—AND SHOWCASING NEW BALANCE’S STYLISH PRODUCTS TO THAT COMMUNITY.

The Book of Heros is a wide range of heroes for Art Center students. Through Archetype Press we had the chance to express our stories of our heroes. The Count of Monte Cristo (Edmond Dantes) happened to be mine.
This project took place during the 2012 United States presidential election. Through research I found that some of the most iconic presidents of United States were wearing Brooks Brothers suits. One of them was Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was a loyal customer of Brooks Brothers and he was wearing Brooks Brothers suit the day he was assassinated. Other presidents who wear Brooks Brothers suits were John F. Kennedy, George Bush, and Barack Obama. This was a perfect time to highlight this points and a great opportunity to market the brand with the help of a simple ad.
Lions for Lambs is a band that takes the style of classic rock that started the genre of metal and mixes it with new age metal which gives it a unique and distinctive sounds full of harmonies aggressive drum and guitar solos but also creative melodies and riffs.
